5) Kurtis Blow - probably the most serious entry on the list. He had some good tracks back in the 80s.

• N 2 Deep - Everyone knows "Back 2 Da Hotel" after hearing it. They coulda been big.
• Cool C - "Glamorous Life" is seriously one of my all time favorite songs.
• Onyx or House of Pain - They coulda been the same group. Other than one being 4 black dudes from Oakland and the other being 4 Irish white guys, there wasn't much difference.
• Kriss Kross - I seriously believe that if JD used his new So So Def label (Dem Franchize Boyz, Bow Wow, etc) to reintroduce these guys again (hey, third time's the charm) they MIGHT be able to make it big. I'd hold off on the backward clothes though. It was dumb in 5th grade. It'll be dumb now.
