...overheard while leaving Williams-Brice after the Clemson Tigers 13-9 victory over the University of South Carolina Gamecocks

5) "That first interception they got hit the ground." - No it didn't. Hell, they even reviewed it to make sure it didn't hit the ground.

4) "Blake threw 3 interceptions." - You got one of them back for a 24 yard gain. And Charlie threw 2, one of them being his first pass, the other his fourth pass. Moot point.

3) "If we had gotten in the endzone we would have won big." - Agreed. You whupped us good in the first half. Too bad you couldn't finish the job with 7 each time instead of 3. We even gave you the ball on the 10 and you couldn't get a touchdown. Actually, you guys lost a yard.

2) "We just couldn't make any big plays." - Apparently you guys are blind. You guys were connecting with Sydney Rice all night. Mike Davis wasn't shabby either. Just say you couldn't score.

1) "If we didn't let them convert on 1st & 35 we would have won." - True. That's Carolina football for you.
